Joe Kulavik Stories #1

In March of 2010 I was at the ISE Sports show in Sandy Utah.  I was not happy with the current job position I had, and I found myself talking to a guy named Joe Kulavik with Eagle Charters.  The show was just getting started we stood and listened to the National Anthem play, and as I was discussing with Joe things he could tell I was a big disgruntled with my current situation.  He leaned in and looked me in the eye and said - “ You are going to buy one of my lodges in Elfin Cove” - At the time this seemed like a far far off dream that did not seem possible.  Was an interesting statement and gave me some encouragement.  Later that day I was speaking with a guy who had just sold a big ranch and was looking for a place to invest his money?  I suggested the idea of going and talking to Joe.  We walked down together and starting talking to Joe.  Within just a few minutes, Joe took the guy threw him out of his booth and said get the *!#% out of here!  I walked away from Joe with my head low not sure what had just happened.  About a half hour later I got a call from Joe he said are still with that guy?  I said no, he said good stay away from him.

That was the beginning of Joe Kulavik helping me.
